Romanian universities have autonomy and the procedure and required documents to apply can slightly vary. So to apply, you can the take advantage of our service.

Certified copy of high school diploma, Baccalaureate Diploma or equivalent (leaving diploma for ex.) – for undergraduate studies; plus certified copy of the graduation certificate – for postgraduate (Master or PhD) application

Certified copy of academic records of high school -for undergraduate  university studies; plus university records- for postgraduate studies (Master, PhD, Doctorate)

Certified copy of the Birth Certificate

Medical Record – vaccines and a certificate from the general practitioner in the country of origin, attesting that they do not suffer from any chronic or neuropsychological illnesses, contagious diseases or other illnesses not compatible with the future profession

Application form

Some universities require authentication of all copies by the Ministry of external affairs of your country (the country which has delivered the documents) and then by the Romanian embassy in the respective country; Others universities accept documents certified by public notary; Others accept even simple copies, without being authenticated

Fees and costs

Option 1 :

Study Romanian language for 2 semesters (preparatory year) and study degree program in the Romanian language. Almost all Romanian universities provide preparatory year in their campuses. The tuition fee is between € 2,000 and € 2,500 per year depending on the university and town.

Option 2 :

Apply directly for a program in a foreign language. International students pay tuition fees which are determined annually in euros. Tuition fees are different for EU Citizens and Non-EU Citizens. 

Non-EU Citizens: the tuition fee is between €2,000 and € 3,850 per year depending on the university and town

Medicine, Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy (full-time) tuition fee is between € 5,000 and € 7,500 per academic year.
